prone, since i know you love fractals - i feel like i observed them yesterday while exhaling a bong hit. i was otherwise sober. but i saw the smoke billowing and rolling and dividing or splitting up, and i imagined on the level that i can't see - the fractal must continue.
and that can get you thinking about the bigger fractals above our level.

humans can live to be 100
but what is larger than us that can live to 1000s - i guess trees
millions of years?

 

is life a binary function? functions are fractal too; life can display in an infinitely fine gradient; the slow pulsating hum of the planet, just now becoming "aware" of some presence on its surface called Man.

i was sitting in my bathroom listening to 'Close To The Edge' by Yes, and the floor tiles were spinning rapidly, and slowly melted away to reveal a complicated gear mechanism.

i was in a busy street, in what resembled L.A. there were tons of cars in gridlock traffic. in front of the storefront, i saw human size green fuzzy moth, as a bunch of children were cutting it to pieces with knives.

 

Haha... Yes is a great band. They've been pretty consistently making music since 1968, with only a few breaks of a few years each.

The end credits to the best 3D real time strategy game, at least of the era, 1999, was that song and I absolutely loved it. I liked that album but haven't listened to much else of theirs.

 

yesterday i tried dmt and the OEVs were: at first things became a tad fuzzy, moving, the smoke froze in the air, everything got brighter and brighter till everything looked new, a couple friends looked like little kids but in their big bodies somehow. everything was as if i had been teleported in the right spot between the end of an explosion and the begining of an explosion, like a nuclear explosion. and i was there, as it was all happening and frozen in time so i could see everything.

I then checked some CEVs: lots of brick like patterning everywere, blueish purpleish residsh colors in the patterns flowing like rivers and changing. at one point i saw a color that had the shape of a man running with a spear and it started to distort and get over taken by other visuals, so cooool. i saw other patterns, symmetrical patterns exploding and spining into themselves. like that spiral thing in the sig above me, but different shapes and colors and they were at the endges of bigger patterns.

 

Is an endge the end of an edge, or the edge of an end?

all this talk about gears is really interesting as i cut gears in my day job.

 

Whenever I've done 2c-e I've recieved similar visuals everytime. It seems everywhere I'm not looking is being twisted/magnified slightly (similar to my LSA experiences), and if I try to focus on anything over about 20 feet my vision becomes "laggy" I guess you could say, somewhat like walking through a dark room with a strobe light on.

While walking on a bikepath once with 4 friends at around midnight, all of whom were on 2c-e, we all saw a glowing green object off in the distance that looked like a thin worm. As we got closer, I could have sworn it was moving like a snail does, and quickly stopped walking to let everybody know. Upon further inspection we found out it was a glowstick.... Needless to say I cracked up. As we continued down the path, we found 4 other glowsticks and dropped one into the river. Seeing the glowstick shining all the way at the bottom of the river from the bridge we'd thrown it off was one of the must surreal feelings I've ever had.

 

bump this thread with a visual i had on 19 mg 2ce

i was at my favorite park, sitting on a bench. the sun was going down. little blueish purple flowers had just sprung up and the were at the top of a clearing of grass i was looking at. so it was green grass on bottom, blueish purple flowers in the middle, brown and dark green trees above that, and a dark blue sky at the top.
i was just admiring the scene shen i realized i forgot my glasses. FUCK. i wanted to walk back and get them so i could see all the intricate details of my surroundings. but instead, i went with it. i let the blurriness take over. i was kinda looking at the scenery like one of those magic eye pictures where if you cross your eyes and look "past" the image you see another secret image. well anyways, the scene began to melt into itself, like mixed paint. it was the only time that my entire field of view was overtaken by a hallucination. i could not see anything "real." but it wasn't as intense as it sounds when i read it back now. i could kinda control it. focus on the visual to see it, and snap out of it to see my normal surroundings - albeit wavy and breathing.

i also looked "past" the melting paint - or was it in front of it? - and could see a grid organizing EVERYTHING. it was like i could see molecules in the air, but they were perfectly arranged and frozen in time.

then i saw a smudge of yellow "paint" in the middle of the scenery (i came back the next day - it was garbage) that i made grow to overtake nearly half of my vision. then i played with the paint and made the yellow mix into the green and purple.

The CEV consisted of a feeling of light and I felt as if I went through rings of light which I can only compare to some of the nintendo games where they go through rings but they were made of light instead of like gold or whatever. Then i would feel shifted into little 'corners' , slightly being pushed and pulled.

OEV in the dark mainly consisted of the green light on my phone making me feel fairly removed, quite far away from my room. I felt as if i was being lifted toward that light on the phone and tension in the middle of my chest. I did get the impression of stereotypical aliens as well but I never saw any, just felt presences. I felt as if I was in an open field or lab (couldn't tell you) and was being watched by some outside creatures.

on acid i've felt like i was being watched from behind and that i shouldn't turn around. so i didn't for a full minute or two and when i finally did there was no one there.

i also felt like the crows were watching me and trying to communicate to me with their caaaaaawwwws

 

one of the most amazing visuals iv ever had was off of 5 mitsubishis (circa early 2000's) and a couple bites from a peanut butter and mushroom sandwich. i believe the mitsuis contained a mixture of MDA and MDMA. i was staring into a camp fire at logs that were covered in embers and in a log cabin formation. i saw a rope bridge formation of wooden planks that led to a throne where a satanic worm king was sitting. it was so intense and if i looked away and cleared my mind i could look back at it and it would still be there. later that night i would also witness a mailbox turn into one of those dancing men in a monkey suit from that bloodhound gang video (bad touch). it was amazing and unexpected. iv also seen some pretty intense things from my first lsd experience which was on a ten strip of fluff from the early 2000's (if i had to guess id say 2001). that stuff was amazing as well but thats another story

 

I've done up to 75mg of 2C-E, although a 60mg dose hit me MUCH harder.

Visuals always have this red and blue quality to them. Red and blue lines outline everything, and red tears in my vision appear where there is white. My whole vision will fill with red and blue worm-like patterns (like floaters, but they don't move), and black becomes blue. My depth perception goes down the drain. On high doses of 2C-E I can't really see things like tree branches. If I look at them it looks like they're vibrating so fucking fast, and all I see is this brownish blur. Watching T.V is near impossible. My friend put on some show on MTV and I had no clue what was on the screen, all I could see were a bunch of colors. I also see a lot of stuff in the corner of my eye, really scary stuff.

I don't know about other psychedelics (only tried shrooms to the point where stuff was melting a bit), but 2C-E is really heavy on the audio hallucinations, which is 60% of the trip for me. That and scaring the fuck out of myself by thinking of dumb shit at the wrong time.

 

This past Saturday night/Sunday morning... 36mg 2c-e and a bit of ganj on the come down sent me right back up higher than when I was peaking. After the last hit, it just washed over me and I figured no use in fighting it and surrendered myself.

Best OEV and CEV to date. It was just.. awesome. The body load was intense at times, but it simply fueled what was going on in my head. It felt perfect. How sounds and physical feelings could synergize (is that the word?) with sight to create such a profound sensory experience.. The sun was just coming up and birds chirping was just painting things before my eyes. When I heard a sound that bothered me (i.e. heavy footsteps outside the room) I got this sensation of a stone being dropped into water and saw/felt the ripples until they subsided. Just like water. Amazing. Another time, it was like a fly landing in a spider web. The web bounced and shifted from the impact, but didn't break.. it resonated a minute, then settled down to stillness again.

Besides that, the best I can describe what I saw is similar to Alex Gray's artwork. Infinite eyes and/or bubbles breathing, swirling around in a perfect geometric order. I saw every color at the same time. So intricate and complex, I couldn't paint that shit if I tried. At one point, I saw a spooky mansion/castle with impossible wings and spires and steeples all branching off into infinitely more spires and steeples. At a point, the light got turned off and the sun wasn't completely up yet, and the room was instantly washed over with MILLIONS of identical purple bubbles, all precisely spaced apart and in a perfect grid, but they swelled and breathed as one.

Wow, it's so hard to put into words. I'm not satisfied with this explanation, but it's the best I can express it...

 

DMT is like going to the circus in a rocketship while you crash into a kalidiscope wall.
Mescaline is intresting but needs higher doses to make you get to that realm which seems more artifact based hallucinations, hieroglyphs, weird writings, going to strange places.
LSD well we all have been there if not go.
Psilocybin can be emotional rollercoaster with intresting patterns sometimes leading to heiroglyph type writing others just blending of patterns, on really high doses induces a sleep/ catatonic trip.
