Just got this e-mail from my lawyer (this is the entire e-mail): "They are dismissing" Will post more as I know more. I will also be talking to the people that were running Save Jon and the Defense Fund about getting the donations refunded. Thanks to everyone who helped with anything or just even thought it was a bunch of BS. I've had about $25K in legal expenses so far. I will go ahead and pay those, though. Now I just need to get the drug tax money back. Especially my son's $1800 he had saved. That's still what pisses me off more than anything else through this whole thing. HEY! YAY!! Wonder why they let it slide like that? All drummed up BS that wouldn't stick or did they find a way to tap his records so they can chase consumers more easily?
i remember reading it somewhere that kansas and oklahoma that the dont want legal marijuana but they sure as hell want to have a legal grow and then sell it out to states that want legal mj,time will tell i guess
