I am in the process of setting up a project site about 2012 at http://www.twothousandtwelve.co.uk and am looking for interesting short stories/small theories or other items of interest on the subject to post up on there. The authors would be given credit, as well as retaining all copyright and such. At the moment the website is just a hobby site, although eventually if there is enough interest there might be the chance of placing adverts or something similar, if that does happen then either profit sharing or a group donation to a worthwhile cause would be worked out somehow. That would be a while in the future though. For the moment though, it remains just a hobby, and I was thinking of dividing the items into themes roughly based around the pictures already online which are kind of Natural Catastrophe (meteors/earthquakes etc.), Nature's Revenge (bugs taking over the world/humans falling out of the food chain or whatever), Human made self disasters (the killer sperm image, but anything like AIDS, genetic manipulation gone rife, anything), and the plain bizarre (hollow earth picture), or maybe a completely different theme. If you are interested then email your story/item whatever it is, along with what theme it involves, the name you would like it published on the site under and whether or not you would like to have your email/any other contact details etc. next to the story.
