I was wondering how these are, more specifically DOI. Is the body load more or less than 2ce? IDK I just don't see much talk of these on this forum
i'd be interested in seeing a bodyload comparison of the dox compounds to the 2c-x compounds...i've heard such negative things about the dox bodyload, but also heard that they're 20 hours of heaven...i've had no experience with the dox compounds, but there was one doi trip report on here that made it sound a little too much for my taste...at least at that durration. dom sounds the most friendly, and is the first i'd like to try...seems to be the least speedy, with the least jaw grinding/muscle tention ect...it was one of shulgin's fav's
I recommend you read the "Big & Dandy" threads on bluelight. They give a pretty good inside into each chemical and how they compare. Everything is of course individual when it comes to RC's but I think it's a pretty good guideline. I had DOx once. I can say it was intense and it was my first taste of ego loss - 2 hits of some blotter. It made my mouth very dry, but maybe it was because for four hours I didn't do anything but white-knuckle-grip the sides of a recliner... It was visually intense and the visuals were more look like a flower than a kaleidoscope but still were kaleidoscoping. I think if I knew what I was expecting, it would have been much more enjoyable... But even during and right after the trip I didn't judge it as a bad trip... just as far into my head as I'd ever gotten at that day. It was insanity... multiple personalities [which could have been individual emotions that came one after another] but anyways all I can say is you gotta try it once and see if you wanna do it again.
I had DOx passed as acid once and since I didn't expect it and the body load was kinda bad it wasn't enjoyable. But I should have some DOI on the way soon to experiment with.
DOC has waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay less body load than 2c-e... I could say with DOC, at doses I took it until now, I didn't experience almost any negative body load, while with 2c-e I definitely did...
DOx was one of the best experiences of my life. Had me happily glowing in lala land for like two weeks. Super intense with super mind fuck, I did projectile vomit on the come up though. My friend freaked out hard on it too.
I think I got a dox chemical passed off as LSD as well. I tried it on 3 separate occasions. The first night was strange because I was expecting LSD and the visuals were quite disappointing. I was definitely quite high and got lost a few times but I didn't notice anything remarkably visual except brightening of colors and slight movement of objects, definitely had a tryptamine feel. The next time I took it with known quality LSD and that was good. Then a couple days later, I took it again and possibly tolerance had an effect but again weak visual distortion, pretty strong color enhancement and very tryptamine type feel.
yah after reading those bluelight reports I'm sure it was a dox. Someone compared it to 2cb , I think that's fair 2ce is to 2cb as LSD is to whatever dox compound I was on. I don't think I would ever go looking for this stuff as I found it way less enjoyable than 2ci, 2ce and especially lsd. It does play friendly with MDMA though.
Actually reading further I've read alot of pretty scary experiences with this stuff, lol. Not to mention the OD potential. I might just avoid this little nugget.
Visuals from DOC are very nice IMO so if you dosed high enough than I don't believe it was DOC (which is very rare on blotters anyway).... Maybe it was DOI or DOB (it really doesn't feel good for boady so I think you would mention negative effects if it was DOB)....it seems that most people doesn't really like those two... but I don't there is many people who would be disappointed with DOC and DOM... DOM would probably be even better IF it's more gentle to the body....didn't try DOM so can't really comment that... Anyway all DOx compounds are NOT that similar at all... What was duration of your trip? Give few more details... What makes you so sure it was not bromo-df for example?
the first night the duration was about 10 hrs and I did not sleep that night so I couldnt really tell you about lingering after effects. The location was a burner party. It took like an hour to feel subtle changes but over 2 hours for it to really kick in.There were no trails like with LSD and the visuals seem to come within the object. Someone mentioned flowering which I think is a good description. Music was enhanced, I kept getting lost when I planned to go somewhere else as this was a big area. The body load was not bad but I wouldn't call it euphoric either. Not terribly introspective but that may have been due to my enviornment, When I took an e pill it enhanced the sparkling feel of all the lights. There were some Christmas lights that were blinking that looked like they were flowing down the side of the stairs. There was time distortion and it felt less 'messy' than LSD. What I mean by that is it lacked trails and that runny distortion I get around the periphreal of my vision and some objects on lsd.
10 hrs doesn't sound as DOx at all... but if it is than it's definitely low dose, if it's DOC than less than probably less than 1mg... For example round 1mg (low dose) of DOC lasts for me longer than that + have in mind that DOC trip is suppose to be shortest from DOx family... Visuals at 1mg are, I could say round intensity you are describing.... 1.8mg or something like that is still low dose but I would say it definitely produces stronger effects than what you are describing and definitely lasts longer than 10hrs.... I bet 3 - 4mg will produce strong visuals.... and effects lasting very loooooooooooooong.....
Ok Well I don't have enough experience with any of the dOx chemicals or bromo df to speculate. The only thing I am fairly sure of it was not LSD.
