Dude go to a "Coffee Shop" in Amsterdam. The Greatful Dead and Phish were both known for playing "Surprise" shows at different "Coffee Shop's". That also seems to be where most of my Hippie/Stoner friends end up in Europe. Also I'm not sure if they're still having it but the Jazz Festival in Moers Germany is supposed to be great.
