Ya I was thinking the same thing actually, theres no way those are waxed and crocheted regularly, they look wild and natural. That little one is so adoreable. And I agree I hope my kids turn out that cute, but I don't know if they'd want dreadlocks. I guess maybe if they wanted to be like mommy but I would never influence it lol.

 

I hope my nephew gets dreadies, he would look so cute. Plus he hates getting his hair brushed. When I told him that I don't have to brush my hair anymore because of dreads thats the first thing he wanted to get for his birthday

 

I think I may be the only one who doesn't really like toddlers with dreads. I wouldn't want my son to have them even though he hates having his hair brushed. I think it ages the child. But I also hate short hair cuts for boys or hair that goes past their ears.

My son has a Paul Mccartney hair style (naturally falls that way).

 

I believe he was taking a "shot" at me. Because I have expressed my opinion on some other users "natural" dreads. But make no mistake, these dreads are the real deal.

 

I too love the look of those dreads. That is one cute kid. I'm so sad neither of mine will let their hair dread again. My youngest had a few baby dreadies for about a month before we cut.

Haha that kids face is hilarious. He looks like the kid that when he shows up on the playground all the other kids start to panic.

I'd be afraid for little kids with dreads, there's some nasty people out there, of all ages, who will judge and behave differently, and of course judge the parents. And the smallest slip and you'd be football tackled by social workers.

Though it IS the ideal hair style for kids, no brushing, cutting, pulling, or any of the other crap I used to hate.

 

I think thats the kid from Wife Swap. They had a White Rasta Family and the wife switched with some upper class family. It was an interesting Episode, but I remember that kid they had two boys that both had natural dreads growing. The ma and dad both had awesome dreads too.

one of the boys did have hair exactly like it but I never realy saw his face properly.The wife was really sweet was'nt she? Made me laugh when the other she wanted to cut off his dreads so he could get a job WTF!

I know, I would have been pissed if some women tried to make me cut off my dreads.. Yeah the wife was super sweet and the other family like her dreads. I posted a video of the family. I think it is one of their boys, but not 100%
