Do that^ by putting your right leg over your left and pull your left leg to your chest. It will stretch your right butt cheek.
It sounds like you're missing some electrolytes. try drinking some gatorade or pedialyte. I know v-8 has a lot of potassium and sodium in it... Whichever you think you can stand, really. Might try a multivitamin or some bananas and nuts. If it doesn't go away, I'd suggest seeing your doc. It sounds like a little thing, but if it really keeps on, it might be indicative of a long-standing deficiency... Or I'm just getting off of potassium pills and I'm projecting.
