I haven't eating anything solid in about a day and a half. I'm extremely hungry, but every time I'm faced with preparing whatever it is I'm going to eat, I get this sick feeling and loose my appetite. Advice?
what have you been eating?? or, trying to eat? Try beans, crackers, breads...things that don't have a strong smell to them, but still will give you at least a partly filled stomach. If those things are still bothersome, idk, you prob. have a intestinal bacteria or a similar issue.....it might be doc time after another day depending on how you feel : /
I had half a bowl of cereal earlier. Ritz crackers are edible. Your right, anything with a strong aroma is hard to wolf down.
