Anyone Ever Tried Growing Opium Poppies?

If so, how'd it go for you? Was it a very difficult process?

they are very delicate when newborns.. I had 15 poppy plants last year, 7 or them were good for a little bit latex..

 

you gotta grow a lot of poppies to get what you are looking for..

What i harvested of last was the size of a cell phone button, so that sounds about right..

 

I was just watching a thing on it last night that said that an ace will give about ten kilograms of opium on average if you do it right. Apparently you could get 4 kilos from a quarter-acre if you really know what you're doing.

 

if i were to grow the opium poppy it would be done because of the beautiful
blooms these plants have. i do not have the desire to go into opium production

According to Erowid, the average yield is about 80 milligrams per pod.

I'm too lazy to figure out what that equates to.
