is false.. no matter what the Doc Rule book says.. It goes through a grievance system.. He wouldnt have to cut his hair immediately.. he may be given an order to cut it, but can simply disobey the order.. This he will find that will cause them to be placed possibly in Administrative custody til its resolved.. the grievance process begins when he say "no Im not cutting it and why(my religion)" The inmate "Lil Wayne" will then file a grievance with the DOC, their it goes to the warden and he denies it, the process continues to the state DOC board of directors.. Being that he will only be in jail for 1 year.. It would be a waste of resources to pursue it.. Only drawling media attention to a correction industry..

This topic is dumb but he isn't going to have to cut his dreads. He is going to be secluded and not in general population cause hed get raped, and he isnt going to do much time hell either snitch like T.I. or get out on "good behavior" cause hes rich.

I thought they were Waxed lol IDK I just went by the picture and they looked a lil like they been waxed. Also he will get special treatment, but I bet the warden will make him pay to keep them dreads.
