but people started calling me one
i guess eating mushrooms and becoming a vegetarian and stopping going to class and spending all your time surfing hanging out and packing bowls will do that

certainly there's more to it then that, and the word hippie to me always sounded about as vindictive as 'fucker' the way people liked to say it
anyway I haven't changed, ive become more myself though maybe less human

Okay, that was really good.
Your use of the low E string as a drone gives the whole thing a very eastern and spiritual sound, much like a sitar. It's a very expressive form of guitar playing that lets you customize it according to what you're feeling at the moment, in a stream-of-consciousness sort of way. I like it.
