almost had a long-distance relationship

So my roomate's friend came to visit and I had a really good time with her, there was definitely something there. The weather kind of wrecked the plans we had to ski and she had to fly home, but she actually said she would fly back late that week to go skiing with me (roomate would be busy)....we both recognized how crazy that would be, but she had a free ticket. I was so psyched and tried not to show it, and we were talking on facebook when she got home, trying to get her back here, but in the end she decided to save it for the summer, when she could stay here for more than just a day. Yea, it would have been a silly way to spend a free ticket, but I have a feeling that we would have had a blast and hit it off. I haven't felt like that in a long time, and it really bothered me that it didn't pay off. I'm never too sure what to do in these situations, whether to start a facebook relationship or something (lol) so she works up the nerve to come back out here, or just leave it alone. For all I know, I'm imagining that she was into me.
