Oh my sweet jeebus!

So, I went to St. Louis with a few friends to see STS9 two nights in a row. None of us are 21 and you gotta have a 21 year old staying in the hotel in the state of Missouri, so my buddies and I had to follow my parents out to St. Louis and my dad got us the room and they went back to KC.

To start off the trip, my 3 friends arrive at my house and start packing their bags in my trunk. My mom walks up to us and looks on the ground and says "that's not what I think it is, is it?" I looked down and my heart sank, a bag of weed in my back pocket fell out onto the ground. She picks it up and says "you know you're father is going to go ballistic" and then just got in the car with my dad and we took off to STL.

Me and my buddies are freaking out not knowing what's going to happen really, but my parents just left and we folllowed them out so I figured they didn't care too much, probably thought it was one of my friends b/c they didn't say anything to me about it afterwards. So we're on the way down, about halfway there we stop at a gas station and I get the jagermeister out of my trunk because, ya know, gotta get hella fucked up on a trip with all your brothers. So we down a 5th of jager on the way down there

We get to the hotel and my dad gave us all a little speech. "There's no doubt in my mind you guys brought jager with you, but just be careful and don't trash the room. If you bring any whores back with you, make sure you bring them up one at a time" and then they left.

Soon as they left we were just sittin there like...welll...we got a bunch of time to kill before the show starts, let's eat some fuckin mushrooms and go explore the city! So we down those and go walkin around taking pictures, went on the roof of some building and hackey sacked for awhile and then went and got some grub. After that we go back to the hotel geekin out pretty hard. We get ready for the concert and start walking to the venue, popped a thizzle a few minutes before we got there, and when we got there we got shook down fucking HARD! they searched the fuck out of us, took my chillum, my friends 8th of dank and they almost got the rest of my thizzles and my molly.

Soon as I get in and find a good spot we all drop our molly and start ragin it up for the opening act. Managed to sneak a couple glow sticks in though, and this venue is VERY strict about any glowing objects, so I figure I'll try and beat the system and I go to the bathroom and crack the glowsticks and cut them open and pour them all over my shirt and pants, cause what are they gonna make me do, get naked cause i'm glowing? I walk out the bathroom and go back to the spot me and my friends were sittin, not even a minute later security comes up to me and grabs me and takes me to this other room and bitches me out, tell me how they're gonna prosecute for vandalism (I got some glow stick juice on the floor in the bathroom) and they bring a cop in and I was like ohhhh shit I'm gonna get fucking searched and arrested over this?! So I slyly reach in my pocket and drop the rest of my thizzles behind this door.
I start explaining what happened to the cop and he thought it was a fuckin joke, he just took me to the bathroom and had me wipe up the glowstick mess off and let me go back in the venue. So I chill for a couple minutes and then go back out to where I dropped my pills and pick them up and a staff member sees me and asks what I just picked up and I tell her it's just some trash and she asks to see it, so I just throw it away and go back in the venue.

Well the dumb **** digs it out of the trash and finds my E and tells the security dude and 5 minutes later they come grab me again and drag me outside and start yellin at me to get off the property. I was like WHAT THE FUCK man?! STS9 hasn't even came on yet!

So I start walkin back towards the hotel and all of a sudden I hear my buddies yellin "wait up!!" and they came with me cause they didn't wanna see the show without me there. As we're walkin back to the hotel we got hustled a total of $90 by some niggas on the street corner which brought me down even more. At that point I pretty much lost hope at having a good time on this trip. So we go back to the hotel and pop another thizzle and drive to the afterparty cause Eskmo was playing at a bar like 20 minutes away. We get there and one of my buddies forgot his ID so he couldn't get in, so we go back to the hotel to get it and by the time we got back to the hotel we just said fuck it, lets eat the rest of the mushrooms and just get down in room tonight. I had my iHome and cranked that shit and whipped out the glow toys and raged it up in the hotel room, we stayed up hippieflippin til like 4-5 am and finally fell asleep. First time hippieflippin by the way which was pretty fuckin cool, not as cool as candyflippin though.

Wake up the next day, soon as we get up we drink some more jager and I ate a few mushroom scraps leftover from the night before just to get a little trippy feelin. We walked around the city for a few hours, we all ended up getting our ears pierced and then went back to the hotel and waited til it was time to go to the show. I was really scared they were going to recognize me and not let me in, so I dressed completely different and shit. My and all my buddies drop 2.5 doses of some FIRE white on white and go to the venue. I got in no problem, besides being practically raped by the bitches that search you on your way in, i didn't bring anything on me this time though, I let my friend do all the carrying.

We sit in the same spot as the night before and ended up being around a really awesome group of people, scored a half gram of molly and split it up between my buddies and it was the best fucking molly i've ever done by far. So, I got to see STS9 candyflipping! AND IT WAS FUCKING AWESOME. They played both my favorites, Kamuy and Luma Daylight, and basically every other song that night were like all my favorites, besides fucking Atlas which they ended the show with which was pretty bummer, but other than that the show was the best STS9 show i've seen yet.

When it was over we start walkin to my car cause I parked it like halfway between the venue and the hotel cause it was wayyy too cold to walk all the way to the hotel that night. When we got to it though we were like...wait...we are absolutely way too fucked up to be getting in an automobile.. So I grab some shit out of my car and just planned to leave it there overnight, but we walked another 20 yards and me and one of my buddies just looked at each other was shook our heads. It was way too cold for that shit, so we go back to my car and I tell my friends to try to be silent so I could concentrate and not geek out, luckily the hotel was close and I only had to drive like 1.5 miles straight shot to the hotel and traffic was dead.

When we got back we reminisced for ~10 minutes or so trying to figure out WHAT IN THE FUCK just happened to our minds at the show. It was one of my buddies first time seeing STS9 and he was just speechless. Definitely changed his life just like it did to me when I first saw them dosed out of my mind. After that we decided to bundle up and go explore the city a little bit, we walked around the hotel and saw tribe kids everywhere and talked with all of em about how amazing that shit was, we even brought some dosed out dude to our room to smoke with us but he was fuckkkkiiiin weeeiiiird so we said we were goin on a cigarette break and walked him back to his room and then went back up to ours and took turns showering all night and giving light shows to each other.

Even though I missed STS9 the first night, it was almost worth it because it made the 2nd night that much more amazing. We all agreed it was the best night of our lives, and I dunno how that night will ever be topped, I think the only thing that will compare are the festies this summer that will consist of STS9 and Bassnectar together.

So this was pretty much the best spring break ever, definitely better than last years spring break when I saw STS9 cause I had a couple more friends with me this time who are basically my brothers and I was so glad I was able to introduce them to the amazingness that sound tribe brings.

Was on the interstate bro, had a good distance from the car in front of me and my friend was takin care of business. Not like I do that kinda shit all the time, we were just trying to make this trip as memorable as possible by being young dumb teenagers

Good story Twang. All I have to say was that you were living up to the name of teenager. We are all glad that you could share this story with us. My only question I have about it is did your mom take your weed and keep it or did you get it back?
