maybe someone can help me find this book?

i read this book back in 2005, i checked it out from the library and it was a new book, but they dont have it anymore and i cant remember what it was called or who it was by, it was about a teenage boy, and he runs away and he meets this guy who lets him live with him in exchange for working in his resuraunt, but the guys wife makes the boy have sex with her and the guy finds out and the boy runs away and he becomes a prostitute and he meets this girl and he tells her a joke, "what do you call sex on the beach? a shoregasm!" and he falls in love with her, and one of the boys regular customers loves him and wants him to live with him so he can go back to school and be like a regular kid.... thats about as much as i can remember, id like to read it again, does anybody know this book?
