There is no film funnier than Monty Python and the Holy Grail, some others that stand out are Groundhog Day, Human Traffic, National Lampoons Animal House and most of the Carry On series

 

One of my all time favs is Natiional Lampoons Vacation. Remember Wally world? LOL

My favourite comedy movies are: "Some Like It Hot" by Billy Wilder, "The Firemen's Ball" by Milos Forman and Polish cult comedy "The Cruise" by Marek Piwowski.

I really like comedies in mockumentary format, like THIS IS SPINAL TAP, FOR YOUR CONSIDERATINON and BEST IN SHOW. The movie OLD SCHOOL by Will Ferrel made me laugh my guts out! I find really funny hollywood movies in this site. wander inside the site and you might get a chance to score an acting gig in an ongoing comedy movie shoot for real!

the music box has to be some of the funniest ever put on film...classic laurel and hardy....the keystone kops were pretty good too.

 

The Keystone Cops were good in their own way, sort of the inspiration or forerunner for the Three Stooges. Amazing no one was killed during the filming. Heard Mack Sennate also tried something along the lines of the Keystone Cops only for Firemen. Wasn't too successful. Slapstick of that sort ran its course.
