So this guy who is a registered medical marijuana smoker was fired for smoking weed, even though he did not smoke at work. Hum. Let's discuss.

Yeah, I figured it was legal because I am sure the "Company Policy" is no Marijuana Smoking IE Drug Testing. This is more due to the insurance that the employee. However, as things are going with the Medical Marijuana Laws things are going to have to change on the company policy side as well. This is going to ge a very interesting debate coming up on this.

 

When they didn't know, they didn't care. Now they know, now they care and make it a big deal. So misinformed, give the people what they want.

 

Just another reason not to shop there, not that I needed one. But I'm afraid until the feds legalize medicinal weed or weed in general thats going to be the case for most big national companies.
