Blue residue?

Hi All!!

First post for me

My usual supply has got me a little bothered. From the outside all the buds look awesome and crispy but when I crack one open there seems to be a dry Blue Paint 'like Residue and I’m not sure what this is.

All my mates seem to think its blue cheese but I’m not so sure about that lol

Can any one offer any advice on what this blue stuff could be?
