Whats the best Solvent to dissolve my rc into?

Just received some 2c-e and since I dont have an mg scale I plan on dissolving it into distilled water or w/e to dose

What is the best solvent to use Distilled water, alcohol?

would it be a bad idea to dissolve all my 500 mg, do I risk degradation or anything?

Will it degrade if it is not regrigerated?

I used Distilled water, but some ethanol should help prevent bacterial growth from happening if you plan on storing it for a while.

It should be fine in water, but as a general rule chemicals are more stable as a powder form. It should be fine in a slightly cool place, but if you can refrigerate it, I would do it.

 

ended up dissolving 500mg 2c-e into 40ml dH2O and 10ml isopropyl alcohol (91%) (I hope its safe to consume)
anyone have an expereince with a similar mixture?

Keep in mind its only a very small amount I will consume when I dose 1ml = 0.2ml iso alchol, so a dose of 3ml (30mg) only contains 0.6ml iso alcohol

(Just dosed 3ml btw)

It was REALLY intense, pretty much my first real psychedelic experience, closest thing I ever did was DXM

unfortunately I suck at writing trip reports and I dont really know how to put it exactly, Had OEV's and CEV's,
It started with body warm and a presence of euphoria, then before I knew it the walls and ceiling were "breathing"
I could just sit there close my eyes and float into different dimensions.

Was talking to some high school acquaintance/friend on IM then hes like "fuck you" then im like no "fuck you" found that extremely funny and couldnt stop laughing, then he proceeded to tell me he was taking anger management classes which made things even funnier and I couldnt control my laughing.
At one point I was watching videos / talking to people online and it was so intense I was like "the internet is too much to handle" so I got up closed my laptop screen and it just started shrinking, I had put away the entire internet, lol that was funny

my sense of hearing was really heightened I could hear every car flying by on the highway(which I cant hear regularly), birds chirping, lots of things I wouldnt notice regularly.

all in all I really enjoyed it and look forward to doing it again and gaining some new perspectives. really cool experience

it was dumb to use isopropyl alcohol. should have used vodka or Ethanol is some form. not 100% b/c it's purified with benzene (carcinogen). but you only drank 0.6 ml, so i'm sure it wasn't too bad. but i think you were wrong about the concentration of your 2ce solution. 500 mg/50 ml = 10mg/ml
so 3 ml = 30 mg, not 20

no wonder you tripped so hard
i took 12 mg my first time

and you are counting on your vendor sending you 500 mg. he could have sent you 1000 mg, but more likely he sent something like 489, or 509 mg. but you never can be sure, WITHOUT A SCALE

Yea I listened to a bit of music and your right about that, with videos I felt like I was inside them (lady gaga telephone video was WICKED), didnt have music on constantly need to get a good playlist put together(any suggestions?)

and yea I meant 30mg, I did alot of reading and figured id need around 30mg for a full on psychedelic experience with OEV's which is exactly what I got (im around 235 lb bw btw)

You're right that the source might not weigh it 100% accurately but I figured worst case scenario its ~ 10mg off + or - (hell even 20) and I get a bad trip, as long as its not a potentially fatal dose its fine by me lol

It seemed when I was coming down ALL the intensity just dropped at once, the trip only lasted about 6 hours (which is good)

 

yeah i didnt notice the body load bad (except for an extremely painful back which i usually get with longer acting psychedelics) however a HUGE body vibration. it felt like a constant surge of energy.

 

i find the best music is music you like already

that's where i store my powder 2ce, but i keep it away from moisture, light, and oxygen too
