Okay I have the same question but in 2 different contexts.

Most importantly, is there anything I can take or mix with vikes to make them stronger? I got my wisdom teeth pulled and they fucking hurt. The bottle says take 1. meh. I took another after no effect. Still hurts. My pills are gonna run out real quick if I have to take a lot. So what would make them stronger for the intended purpose?

Secondly, what would increase their potency for... recreational purposes? Years ago, I would have to take 4 of them to get fucked up, even with no tolerance

Take them on an empty stomach. Also you can have a couple shots of some liquor, or some beers. Liquor always increases the effects of Opiates. The only problem is getting the liquor down without it hitting your tooth sockets lol.

In my experience, swishing around hard liquor in your mouth can deaden the nerves. Or even mouthwash. The bummer is that it can slow down the clotting process in the socket. But yeah, drinking alcohol on top of Vicoden can increase the effect. And supposedly grapefruit juice works as a potentiator.

Ya, grapefuit doesn't have any hard evidence.

    1. Empty stomach
    2. Antihistamine (for more of a noddy effect (promethazine, diphenhydramine/diphenhydranate.)
    3. Naproxen (alleve) for pain
    4. Take a light MAOI of some sort, cigs, alco, etc..
    5. Caffeine for slightly more euphoria

Thats what works for me. You are still going to need at least 2 to feel much.
    EDIT
    6. DXM is a opiate/dissociative that can help. This is a bigger one. (Thanks cherokee, forgot this one)
    7. Weed.... I don't like weed so I never thought about it. Guess this might help too.

Take 75mg of DXM on top of it, Codmouse also gave some good suggestions.

    Smoke weed too, weed+hydro=bliss

Better than most other opiate+weed combos IMO, except for maybe morphine and weed :D

I remember getting all my wisdom teeth out at once when I was 18. And 2 of them were dry sockets. Man, that hurts like a bitch. They only gave me Tylenol 3 for the pain, and I only got about 12. So what do I do? I knew a doctor in town who was known to be loose with the prescription pad. And he was a GP, not a dentist. I complained to him about my poor dental work, and he wrote a prescription for 40 Tylenol 3 with THREE refills. Shit, I was getting Codeine for 3 months after the damn thing had healed.

Yeah, T3s suck anus. Worst opiate I have ever done... Ask for tramadol before that shit...

Percocet and Vicodin are the bomb though... :D
