so ive been picking up from this guy for a few months now, and i called him yesterday to grab an 8th and he said he wasn't at home but to call him later in the night. he ended up calling me up to meet up with him. paid $60 for an 8th but I noticed there were only 2 nugs in the bag, I knew right away just by looking at it, that this wasn't an 8th. I went home to measure it and sure enough it was only 2.5 grams. now i told myself if it was 3.0 i'd be alright with it but anything under i'll probably be a lil upset. I don't know if I should confront him about it or what but he's the only person I know that I get from so without him I'd be dry. How should I approach him next time? He probably won't even remember how much he gave me or what, so it's probably too late to say anything.
Buy from him again and if he it looks skimped. Just tell em straight em up, you skimped me last time and if now you think you can skimp me again? Find yourself another customer. dealers and mid men need customers to make money, they skimp you to make more profit. Or just bring your scale next time and weigh it out in front of em' that what I do and they add more if it's short. It's not like a weed dealer is gonna pull a gun on you
Is there any problem with you watching him weigh it? I pretty much do that with all dealers and even friends. It doesn't even have to be out of skepticism. If I'm giving someone money for a specified quantity of a product, I expect to get that quantity, its more of a procedural thing to do. You can approach him about it next time, but I wouldn't push the issue over getting shortage once on weed. I have friends get jipped on weed and I've gotten jipped on other shit. I'm not saying be all carefree about it either but sometimes its the nature of the buisness.
Id just drop the dealer dude, dont be a asshole. My dealers been giving me .7 dubs, usuallly two joints which is nice.
wow .7 dubs. economy must be hitting hard there. I usually get .9 dimes and 1.7 dubs and $40 dollar eights and $75 quarters and he always weighs it out for meh. I always bring my scale just in case, just make sure you hide your shit in the glove box locked up
Have him weight it out in front of you, say I want that smoke weight out in front of me, your not going to rip me off like last time
I'd say what some of the other people are saying.. When you buy from him again, if it looks low, bust out your scale and weigh it out in front of him.
Confront him about it. Don't consider dealers your friends, it's a business transaction first and foremost, the niceties are an afterthought, go get what you paid for or take your business elsewhere.
Go up to him and put a gun to his head and say, I RECCOMEND YOU GET ME THAT 1g YOU SHORTED ME ON THAT LAST BAG MUTHA FUCKER, UNLESS YOURE FIXIN TO GET YOURE SHIT BLOWN OFF! I dont forsee anything going awry with that.. make sure you watch him weigh out the gram too, hes already shown he cant be trusted.
Woah............Where are you living at dude that you get those huge bags?? I get really good bud maybe thats why. Iam happy with his stuff for now.
Dub just means $20 worth of weed, could be any amount depending on the weed/source. $20 gets you a gram of the dankest here
Well, If somebody called me asking for 3 grams, I would throw 3 .8's(each .8 rolls a fat blunt, DANK weed) into 1 bag. So it would end up weighing 2.4. The bud I sell i should be selling it 25 per gram around here. Thats just the prices. Since you bought an "8th" you should get atleast a 3.0. Dont make a big deal about it, just let him know the last bag was a little small.
what the fuck since when does 1 g = 0.8 g ? If I buy an eigth of weed, i expect 3.5 g. If i ask for a quarter, 7.0. If I tell you I want pi grams of weed, then it's okay for you to round a little.
^nothing wrong with 60 for an 8th of good stuff. just mention it to the guy. luckily i've only been shorted on schwag and the people i deal chronic biz with are respectable 'business' people, not just 'dealers'. all you gotta say is, 'hey man that last sack was short by about a gram.' and gauge your next move on his response. if he is willing to fix it, then buy from him again, if he wants to argue or deny it, then just move on and find another dealer. tell your friends about it, too. maybe its different for you cuz he's your only dealer, but i dont tolerate shady business partners. i had to bust a dude's car up last year cuz he disappeared after i paid for an o
