i thought he was part cybernetic and only had to get a new battery? so he couldn't have a heart attack per se XD

 

From what I've seen his heart isn't anything that he uses to any extent.:reddevil:

 

He's still alive because Satan doesn't want that much competition in hell.

 

It's a good thing Dick is living through all these heart attacks. A heart attack is not a fun experience. It is painful and scary. The fact that he survived this one just means he'll have to endure another one later.
