removing old user name?

    ok I know this sounds simple enough
    This computer was traded to me from a friend... blah blah blah
    I removed her name off the files and the admin account
    but sometimes it's still saying "deanna's file" "deanna's photo" why does her name keep popping up!? Does this make sense?

    this is a Dell PC with XP

    My Computer > Control panel > System > Computer Name

    Yes, It made sense.

    edit: Happy Bday... late but meh.
