K2(jwh-018, etc) and out in public

In places around the world where marijuana is illegal, but JWH is not, has anyone just gone out in public and lit up a JWH joint?

What is a police officer going to do if it's not illegal? Hassle you and you hassle back?

 

A friend of mine smokes spice joints in the beer garden of the local. He gets some funny looks from a few people and Frank, the bouncer was going to kick him out the first time for it but my friend showed him the spice packet and there was no problem after that.

 

A dude I was in rehab with was smoking a joint of Sunset Gold and got pulled over by the cops and he was stoned as fuck and still smoking it. The cops inspected the joint and were very angry that they couldn't arrest him for it, since it's perfectly legal.

 

i dont think pure jwh can be smoked in a joint

and two that's just STUPID if you want to get it scheduled then advertise it to the world


and he might arrest you until he realizes it isn't anything illegal, but again that isn't doin any good for it staying unscheduled

 

You could probably mix it in a tobacco joint.

Personally, I'd be making a liquid JWH solution and dipping my cigarettes in it. lol

Anyway, he's not talking about pure JWH. K2 is an herbal smoke blend that contains JWH, kinda like Spice Gold and Sunset Gold.

 

yeah that could work, and would be less sketchy, but it still might not burn properly, but i could be wrong


and i know he is talking about a mix, but there was a bust with people sellng "incense" that got people high. it contained jwh, they can figure out what's in that shit...and even smokin k2 in public is dumb in my opinion. yeah it's legal, but dont abuse it simply because it's unkown.

i could smoke my meth pipe outside and be like its legal and stand up for my rights, but the attention wouldn't be good for the cause

if an officer so wanted.. they could ticket you.. and you could go to court over it and possibly could fall under the Federal Analogue Act.. meaning.. it is similar in structure to THC.. therefor... it can be tried as THC..

 

^^^Also true. If nothing else, they could probably get you for public intoxication, depending on how stoned you are.

 

I was thinking about my own topic and this ^^^ was the only thing I could think that would happen. Besides the confusion over it not being weed.

I dipped a joint in some JWH dissolved in ethanol, and I got pretty high.

Then again, I was on xanax, JWH, weed, some beer, and there was real THC in the joint so I have no idea if it worked :tongue:

 

i have not, but i definitly dont get all weird about carrying it like i would with pot.
its good stuff, but i prefer weed.

 

I dont understand how that could work at all ethanol is extremely flammable...

 

What is jwh pure powders solubility? you no, if one were to want to dip cigs in a liquid mixed with it?

 

uggh i saw a jwh product at the headshop for $35 a gram. It's not that worth it is it? I mean it seems alot of people say weed is better anyways.
