So I accidentally came up with an idea today that I think could have some cool potential. I was burning a candle and before I realized one side had burned down a lot more than the other and spilled wax, pooling it around the candle into a bean like shape. I figured I could draw on it if I let it cool. I wrote peace on one side and love on the other, using a pen. Then I made one with a grey circle and poured orange on top to what formed to a persons head profile with hair. I gave him eyes, a smile with teeth and a nose. On the circle I drew a sun and some clouds. I'm thinking to get a lot better with it I could make little molds by cutting out shapes in paper and leaving that on the table and pouring it over. I wanna find something a lot pointier to draw with then a pen though. I tried a needle but it's too hard to control. Any suggestions? I can't wait to try more with it and hopefully get some skill too. I'm gonna go buy a bunch more candles today.

i used to do that with crayons as a kid, thing its you have to keep it cool or it'll melt.
    What I did was this
Get a hot glue gun (no glue inside)
    and wax.
Use the tip of the glue gun (will get messy) to melt the wax to your liking.
Its tedious, but at the same time relaxing and fun.

you could caot the moldings with clear nail polish or something... that way it would be less heat sensitive...?
