Finally Getting Some LSD

=D Im finally going to get some lsd this weekend, the only experience i have with psychedelics is with salvia. Ive done salvia twice and both times i tripped really hard and i wasnt even seeing things that were right in front of me, and ive been reading a lot of stories about lsd and other people's experiences. Is salvia enough preparation for doing lsd?

 

Salvia is usually much more intense then LSD, depending on the dose and setting for both.

The thing with LSD is that you need to be ready to commit the long amount of time for a good trip. With salvia, it doesn't really matter how you prepare for it, because even if you start to have a bad trip it will all be over in a matter of minutes.

Salvia is literally 5 to 15 minutes in duration with some uncomfortable after effects for a few minutes, and good LSD can last roughly 12 hours more or less with a decent dose.

Salvia and LSD are completely different trip wise, and they're pretty much irrelevant to eachother. From what you've wrote about your 2 salvia experiences though, I think you're ready, but only you can decide if you're ready for it or not.

 

Buy the ticket- take the ride. No sympathy for the devil, remember that.

 

It all comes down to dose, set, and setting. LSD is nothing whatsoever like salvia, and salvia will not prepare you for LSD in the least. LSD wouldn't prepare you for salvia either imo, they are extremely different kinds of drugs. Where salvia takes you to the land of illusion, LSD dispels your illusions. But dose is super critical; you might just have bright colors and a body high, or your entire worldview might be rocked to its core.

LSD is a very lucid and clear-headed high, even at higher doses, relatively speaking. Salvia tends to quite easily incapacitate its users, while on acid you can still do lots of stuff quite easily, though you may be blown away at the inherent complexity in the acts you attempt.

Acid can take up to 2-3 hours to begin working. If those are legit doses 3 is a lot for your first time in a good way
