All my life I've been "skinny", but also quite an eater. I chalk it up to a fast metabolism since I move around a lot and have lots of energy, but I even have to admit my appetite is insane and a little disturbing. I love food, meat, high carbs, sweets, etc. I can eat whatever I want and hardly gain more than five pounds. I have no health problems, but I consume thousands of calories a day. Is this bad? My boyfriend thinks I eat because I'm bored, I think I eat not because I'm hungry so much as I love eating and I love food. I exercize and take vitamins, and I feel healthy. Is this bad?

haha, its funny you should say that; that's the nickname my boyfriend gave me since I love eating lots of sugary things and I flit about like a hummingbird, lol "Little Hummingbird". An asian coworker of mine once said to me "you so skinny, how you eat so much?" I tried to explain to her the concept of fast metabolism, she didn't understand, so I gave her the hummingbird metaphor, which she did understand.
Yeah? Asians are the best, though. I think the only answer to your problems is learning to accept yourself. Sounds cheesy, i know, but that's the best way i've ever solved my problems.
haha, my boyfriend has a very slow metabolism and is struggling to lose weight and he can't stand that he eats one donut and blows up, I eat a pack and I'm still skinny I love Krispy Kremes....
