Do you have to use tweezers?

If you just rip a tab or two off do you have to use tweezers or will it actually lose potency from just touching with your fingers? Wondering what the great minds of HF have to say about this.

 

Well I mean you could go to a professional place and have them waxed but it's really just a waste of money.

No, I mean don't press your fingers all over your acid but holding in your fingertips for a second to rip it isn't going to degrade it at all.

 

Technically the heat on your fingers could damage it, being a substance weakened by heat light and oxygen. I usually take it right off the foil. And if I need to cut it, I don't touch it with my hands ever.

 

You can handle it with your fingers. I would be more worried about absorbing LSD through my fingers than damaging LSD with my fingers. It's not as fragile as people say. I learned that the hard way this weekend

 

It will definitely be detrimental, probably not much, but to think of it another way: handling it with your fingers can't help anything can it?

 

Yeah it will. I don't have to carry tweezers around.

 

I've always picked up tabs with my fingers, the dealers too. Not sure if tweezers make a difference though, but I should take a pair with me next time. Maybe the acid will feel stronger

 

i've handled it with my hands and felt slight affects, althoug the actual tabs didn't really seem degraded at all...

 

if u have to touch them they will be fine but dont hold them for a long period of time.

 

They only degrade if you're repeatedly handling say a sheet.
If you're touching a couple hits a couple of times on the edge of the hits you don't have anything to be concerned with.

 

My old dealer carried a tab inside a bag in his wallet. It wasn't even wrapped in foil, but it worked like a charm. Kicked me in the ass good.

 

Just rip it in your hands and be done with it.

lol nah, keep taking care of your tabs. But if you ever have to keep them in bad conditions, don't worry too much.

 

tweezers are overkill unless you are handling the shit all day.
