Alright. The movie premiered tonight, I went with some buddies and some eighths.






Waste of a trip.

 

Why?

 

First of all, its a shitty movie to begin with. Absolutely 0% Alice in Wonderland. The only thing that was authentic was the names. Shitty, lame non-alice plot, Disney pretty much sucked the soul completely out of what actually is Alice in Wonderland.

As far as the shrooming part goes, think of it this way: I've seen Avatar on acid, and now Alice on shrooms. My conclusion at this point is that watching movies tripping will pretty much do for your trip what television does for your mind; gives you a gripload of audio/visual stimuli and leave no room for anything else. I was tripping balls but it didn't matter.


I'm keeping my psychedelics out of the movie theater from now on.

Eh, Ima dose on DXM and watch it later tonight. DXM is the TV trip drug so maybe it'll be better.

But as far as disney fuckin it up, I kinda anticipated that.

Fuck that mess, I just don't think you're watching the right movies. Try 2001: A Space Odyssey, Moon, or Citizen Kane.

I got bored to death by that movie when I was a kid... but it does seem like it would be the blast off to watch tripping

It's not a joke, my opinion of 2001 prior to seeing it on shrooms was "it's two hours of classical music and pictures of space."

Watching it while tripping, it revealed itself to be the masterpiece that it is

Honestly though, watching Citizen Kane on 2c-E was even better. It was probably the most visceral movie watching experience I've ever had. Some parts had such high tension it was almost making me physically uncomfortable. Thinking about that movies makes my heart race. It's so fucking good!
