Before I begin, my goals are both fat loss and bulk muscle gain. I am on a workout routine that has me lifting Monday through Thursday off of a percentage based plan, and has me running atleast 20 minutes on the treadmill Monday-Saturday. My usual diet consists of a turkey, onion, banana pepper, jalapeno, and egg white ommelete for breakfast, a ham sandwich at around 10 50, a turkey sandwich with whole wheat/multigrain sandwich thins and jalapenos, lettuce, onion, and banana peppers, and I usually have a little snack in between, ranging from a slice of cheese to a piece of fruit.

Because of this, I get very hungry by dinner time, and I often over eat. What foods can I eat in between these meals besides fruits and vegetables to keep me full so I can eat a smaller dinner? Keep in mind I like to eat A LOT.

finely shredded red cabbage w/a vinaigrette and sliced apple. no mayo, no ranch. let it marinate over night. lots of fiber!

    beans, fiber

look into fiber content of foods. look it up on the net.

eat fiber w/your meals. it slows down your digestion and you absorb your nutrients better.

Lots of lean protein. And veggies.

    Less carbs.
    Which are fruits and breads.
And lots and lots of water.
