Hello everyone! Just came in here to place a word of warning to all those online occult shoppers out there! I purchased an order of Tarot cards from Witchystuff.com and it didn't ship for 2 weeks. I sent a couple e-mails with no reply. After an other week, I got fed up and filed a PayPal complaint against them. As soon as I did this, my order showes up cancelled on their website, with no refund issued... So, I escalated the claim, and sure enough, the guy messages me back. He tried to justify his actions saying he had enough time to ship it to me because I was in a different country... It doesn't matter, PayPal requires them to send the product out within 7 days of purchase, it doesn't matter what country I'm in, he can still get it to the post office within 7 days! He later said that the product I was ordering wasn't in stock. So, he decided to ignor me for 2 weeks and not tell me this. After all of this, he tells me he'll give me a refund, but it's been a week since then, and they're not responding again... A word of warning: Do not shop at witchystuff.com or any of its affiliate businesses because they have poor customer service, and don't send their products. Thanks.
