Ok this trend title is not very clear....it’s pretty vague.. Basically have u ever cooked something that seemed to be a disaster at first...but ended up tasting delicious??? Or do you prefer the taste of a certain food that is burnt/slightly burnt? Hmmm i like the taste of rice when it is just slightly overcooked...just before it begins to transform into a burnt colour
It does seem to bring out an extra sweetness to the flavor. If only I could figure out how to get it to do that throughout the entire pot evenly and without sticking.
