I can find at least 100 shots on Deviantart that look exactly like this one to the detail. Too many people shoot flowers, where's the originality?
He doesn't mean just on Deviantart, but on amateur photography in general. He's right. It's a good picture, just WAY too comon. Keep on shooting though.
I think that would look grate above my red couch! Excellent shooting, indeed! The colors are strong and vibrant, nice psychedelic effect, but not too out there. Something i would put on my walls in order not to offend anyone who enters my castle...its very alive and stylish. Why flowers? Because flowers promote growth and add activity to your home decor.
Thankls for the comments. I know its kinda a common theme, I wasn't really thinking about it that much, I've just bought my camera and have been taking pictures of everythin, just tryin to get used to it really.

I dont think its flowers are too repetive, just nothing original is being done with them. Im not talking exact flower wise, im talking the general shot, etc. It all basicly looks the same. The picture is magnificant anyway, definetly better than i could obviously do, hell I dont even have a camera.
Its a Canon 3000V. Its just a regular 35mm (digital is waaaay too confusing) but its manual as well as automatic. Pretty good camera. Its only got a 28-90mm lens which is a bit shit but I'm gettin a new one soon. I changed the colours and stuff in that picture coz I got it put on a cd when I got it developed,then mucked about with it for a while. Thanks for all the comments, I didn't actually think I would get this many replies!
