valerian root

some people on bluelight said its semi recreational with a noticable buzz, who has anything to say about it?

I just popped 3200 mg of the extract in caplet form (smells HORRID) so i'll report back.

 

eh i hated it! it didnt even help me sleep better. the smell isnt worth even trying it

 

good shit i get mine at wal*mart for $4.00. i think its a good additive to a fun night, takes the speed off of a roll and is good enough to put me out after a night of being amped. cant say it works for everyone but i enjoy it as much as a 5/500 vicodin if its done right. the smells not too bad if you like feet haha but srsly.. good shit

 

After about an hour i noticed a distinct buzz and i fell asleep soon after (i was already sleep deprived). It felt alot like a benzo, and i slept for around 13 hours.

 

Yeah, I usually feel a nice relaxed feeling. I enjoy mixing it with other dream herbs like calea and vervain and it usually makes a potent dream formula.

 

yeah my dreams were EXTREMELY intense and very weird. just popped 4 grams again today and i'll be toking jwh 018 on it.

 

hmm I need to look into this

 

Yeah its pretty good, especially with weed.
