Cleaning my Double Bubbler

    Hey so what type of chemical do I need to clean my pipe? I just want to soak it type of things, I don't need it completely clean, I just need to unclog it A LOT. Hasn't been cleaned in >1.5 years haha.

    I can't imagine why you would ever pay for a product like Formula 420, all it is is alcohol with abrasive (read: sand) in it.

    All you need is alcohol, the cheapest solution would be 70% isopropyl alcohol which you can purchase at any general store or pharmacy. I recommend 91% isopropyl alcohol is it is more efficient, but it's all a matter of choice. If you want the most powerful cleaning agent available go for Everclear or a similar grain alcohol. Those rank 95% in states that allow such levels. Florida, for one, does not.

    yeah isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol, denaturized or not) is very efficient. if you need something abrasive add a teaspoon or two of salt, voila. worked for me.
