does anyone know how i can keep the wood in the bottom of the bowl from charring?

some actually crumbled away :O

it's no big deal, just a tiny bit, not like it's gonna burn through or anything, just don't want this to continue.

 

maybe put oil on it, some resin oil will dampen the wood and not burn, really no way to keep it from doing that though..

 

the pipe probably has like a dimed size ball of resin inside it.

i could just smear that all over the inside of the bowl?

i think I had that pipe, at sometime in my life.. Them parts were and i guess still are universal ...

and yeah Orison it's just like a standard woodmetal pipe, but there's a few small features i like better.

i think my favorite part about it being double chambered is stashing a bowl pack inside of the pipe. complete mobility.

plus when i take the weed out it's smothered in resin. yum!

Yum and resin don't belong in the same sentence. Nice peice tho btw. Those are really nice because they don't break. I had a sherlock wooden tobacco pipe before and also a metal pipe.

 

glass pipes > wood pipes

 

Sometimes I like glass sometimes I like wooden. For dank it's gotta be glass though,

 

Happens to wooden pipes. Just don't touch or pick at the charred spots so there's charred wood to protect whats under it.
