Question for people who have done cocaine

Is cocaine like that feeling you get during the peak of a shroom trip? Not the hallucinations - but the energy and confidence. The description of cocaine sounds like it: Energy, confidence, happiness, jittery-speediness.

Just curious.

 

Nope. Coke isn't a psychedelic, its a stimulant. Its kind of like coffee except way better/stronger.

 

That's sorta what I said. I'm talking about the brave euphoric feeling, not the hallucinations or introspectiveness.

 

Its just not really good comparison, but yes coke makes you feel very brave and euphoric, but to a whole level shrooms aren't capable of. Just imagine having alot of energy, and feeling better than you ever have and don't give a fuck. It kinda numbs your inhibitions so you don't worry about shit. Dammn I want to do it right now lol.

I don't ever get addicted to hard drugs, except mabey coffee (hard drug imo) but yeah sometimes I really feel like I'm in the mood. Its a good and a bad thing that I can't get it whenever I want.

 

yeah a good trip on mushrooms is sorta like it IMO except coke is much much stronger feel good drug. i found out doing it for a while made me craveeeee holly fuck it got so much worse when it got to feeling good but so much more powerful over my mind

 

mushrooms are serotonergic and cocaine is dopaminergic. different feelings

What are you guys talking about? The only way you can tell the two apart is that shrooms look like... well MUSHROOMS, and coke is a white-ish powder. Since you eat shrooms and you snort coke [generally], that's one way to tell the difference. But aside from those differences, coke and shrooms have indistinguishable effects!

cocaine is nothing at all like boomers and i think you'd have to be snorting a pretty hefty amount of coke to get any kind of serious visuals. in my opinion the short lived effects, high price, and mood shifts keeps me buying psychedelics over this any day.

 

well maybe if you keep saying that shrooms are like coke.. you can get some coke/crackheads to do shrooms... then say hahaha jokes on you..

 

I don't understand people's fascination with coke, but like it's been said there are no similarities with mushrooms. I don't drink coffee but the closest comparison I can think of is like a strong energy drink x 3. The overall quality these days is fairly poor, its expensive, makes you hate life directly after sometimes through the next day, can give you nosebleeds and/or gnarly boogers and has a incredibly short duration. I found it to be a shallow high. Since the invention of energy drinks I'd rather save money and get some red bull and vodka or something. There are better stimulants out there than coke.

I really Believe the only reason that people use it in the u.s. anymore is to try to be nostalgic and emulate some form of early 80's idols. Usually Wealthy aristocrats or reckless rockers.

 

Long term use of coke will cause stroke like symptoms.. Where one side your body is weaker than the other.. also Tardive dyskinesia is a variety of dyskinesia[1] (involuntary, repetitive movements) manifesting as a side effect of long-term or high-dose use of dopamine antagonists, That which coke is.. You might see this more in crackheads ..

 

I know what you are talking about. That good feeling you get off of shrooms. Its not much like coke. Caffeine is a better comparison. Or if you have ever done adderal or MDMA those might be better examples of the feeling. And pretty much what everyone else said.
