Hi, i've never been a gardening type really...other than eating mud when i was small. right now im not feeling too good...in fact im feeling miserable and angry, i'll probably post my aggreivances on the love and sex forum. but anyway. i had heard that many aspects of gardening can be very relaxing...i was wondering if anyone could give me some advice as to what i can do to make me less miserable and frustrated. gardening wise.
    many thanks...Tom

Yes, indoor or outdoor, in the soil or in pots, gardening can be very therapeutic. I am unfamiliar with your climate and can't recommend specific plants. My suggestion is to check with friends and family or local suppliers. See what they're growing, figure out a couple of plants you would like to try. I do think your first couple plants should be ones that are very easy to grow. But do keep in mind that gardening of any type is not a "quick fix" Gardening is quite therapeutic for very many people, but it is a long term type help.

I hope this is of some help.

    Peace,
