i know that if i was depressed, taking something that would cause post depression [mdx compounds] would probably make it worse.
When I am down, I hold my cute fuzzy tarantulas. And let them watch TV with me perched on my shoulder
Why does this not surprize me? hahaha what are their favorite shows? "venom e.r."? not that they have much themselves.
LSD and a freind to hang with. any time I feel like crap(which is alot)I like to do a heavy dose and then sleep over it. we all have bad days. thats what makes the good days good.
Lol.. no, don't use LSD, just don't. I don't recommend drugs at all for making you feel better in that sense. I tripped on an eighth after a pretty hard breakup, and the trip was not good. My mind was not in the right place at all. Just get some close friends and talk it out. Getting over these things take time, don't look for a quick fix... you'll just prolong your hurt.
hey im new here n this is my first post n decided to make this my first post because i know what youre going thru. what worked for me may not work for u but depending how it ended between you 2 (if it ended nasty) keeping your head up n FORCING yourself to not feel like a victim works wonders. if you can, reflect on the relationship and learn as much as you can about your next partner. tell yourself what you didnt like about your previous partner n what u can do to be a better partner will help you and your future partner and let you know what 2 look 4 when u meet someone else and if u see something you dont like let the other person know in an respectable manner. if they dont want to change then get out, there will be others. like someone once told me relationships are like the desert , no matter how dry it is there bound 2 be water somewhere... hope this helps
This is one of the nicest posts I have ever read. You have a good heart, stay on the forums! Good tips too, I like your double sided approach with looking at whats wrong with you too.
thanks cod i will, i like the atmosphere here...any who i hope homegrownideas will understand that theres no point in dwelling in the past and that every misfortune that occurs to us is a lesson, it just has to be found.
listen to upbeat music, yeah and do something you love. hang with friends. watch movies and read books. maybe go talk to someone professional.
