Rating Scale when describing trip...

Is there somewhere online or someone who can explain to me when reading or writing a report on a trip how the numbers or + work.

but yeah, shulgins is the most common. there is also a 5-level one ive seen used for shrooms a few times.

i dont know where the sasha thing comes from, but yes, sasha=alexander. his wife's name is ann.
