Two Times in Less in a Month

I have been busted and arrested for possession in less than a month. First time I had less than a gram, a pipe, and a scale. They sent a warrant for my arrest so I can know my court date. I was picked up 60 miles away and I was arrest and I had less than a gram again. I spent the weekend in jail and before I left they drop my second possession charge. I'm fucked

 

I'm just going to pleaded Guilty. I can't really fight it.

 

don't just plead guilty. Call up the proscuting attorney for your case and tell them your going to a psychiatrist and getting help with your drug problem. Tell them your going to school or working. After talking with her she dropped 4 charges down to 1 and I got off with a 100 dollar fine and 40 hours community service

NEVER plead guilty right off the bat. Get a lawyer, good or bad, just get one. Our system works on plea bargaining, they load charges on you, and the DA and your lawyer compromise on a lesser punishment

And yes a public defender would be assigned to you but you don't really want to have one unless you can't get a real lawyer

Madcap's advice is your best bet for a minimum sentence, from my experience you'll most likely end up paying more money in the end if you just plead guilty/dont get a lawyer but thats just imo.

Nope, not at all. They'll take the first offer the DA gives, they have too many cases to deal with.

That wouldn't help me at all. I live in rural Missouri. They already don't like a lot of black people.
