So the other night i was meditating and something happened that has never happened before during other meditation sessions. The ession started of pretty normal but then all of the sudden i felt as if someone had taken control of my head and neck, as i would breath in my neck would move to one side or the other then down the up basically in every direction possible. Let me also say that i could stop this if i wanted to, but when i didnt not fight it it felt as if there was a hand on top of my head guiding my neck around in all type of directions. After several minutes of my neck and head being "controlled" i found my head in the position of chin to chest, i then felt as if there was something expolding out of my spine where my neck meets my upper backk. This explination really does not do my experience justice at all but alot of what happened is pretyt much indiscribable. Basically what im wondering is if anyone else hsa experiened this and just some basic thoughts on my experience. Thanks for your time MUCH LOVE -Dis
Well, that is something! What was your original reaction to this "control"? I've had energy slither up my spine before but never shooting out of it. Was it a good feeling? How did you feel afterwards?
My original reaction to this "control" was to go with it but after the neck shaking became more intense i became frightened and didnt want to let myself become consumed by it, once i became frightened i eneded the meditaion shortly after.
The only occurrence I've had with this was with Extraterrestrial entities...I don't trust kundalini nor do I trust the E.T.'s.
When you meditate you aim for spinal alignment. In the neck this is achieved by opening your chest and tucking your chin in. The effect of this is to open the vertebrae of the neck. This allows an increase in the free flow of blood and releases any energy blocks. In your day to day life the neck is compressed in a poor position. Your neck is just saying "I am happy". The feel-good factor can make a rhythmic flutter and muscles enjoy themselves and involuntary movements are possible in reaction to change in balance as you breathe. Bit like the swaying of your head when giddy perhaps.
These movements are actually called 'Kundalini movements'. These occur while meditating and are supposed to be very very good and will let you know that you are advancing in your meditation. Also these movements can be initiated through a process called 'Shaktipaatham' or Power Transmission. This is initiated by a SadGuru and rare are these SadGuru's. you can find Guru's but SadGuru's are rare. SadGuru Sri Ramanananda Maharshi initiates these to people and I personally have had a marvellous experience. This is not an ADVT. I just want people to know that you can also experience the same. The advantages when you get Power Transmission are: •Peace of mind. •The body becomes light and cools down. •Sharpening of mind & faculties and increasing of physical stamina. •Ecstasy of Meditation. •Some of the body pains and chronic diseases get cured or are reduced to a great extent. •The clashes of thoughts in mind and their negative effects on the body get reduced or disappeared to a great extent. •98% of the participants get divine vision & great feelings when Mahrshi does this •Great vibrations or Kundalini Movements. Sri Ramanananda Maharshi is visiting USA in August 2010 to provide Power Transmission. Contact me for more details or email me.
