scared and paranoid in the woods

just wanted to know who else has been there...you know...when your high that felt so good around the campfire has turned into fear and paranoia and all kinds of scary stuff is running through your head as you lie in the tent, terrified...it's so funny the next morning, so tell me your stories!

 

definitely concur! I love being high in the woods around a campfire!

I got stoned around a camp fire and was convinced my hair was falling out. No idea why. Ended up walking home through the woods (live by them), but it was pitch black so I got lost- I then slept against a until day time. And by slept I mean sat around and shat myself.

Terrifying then, funny now. A mate found my towel I had left there, which I had used as a pillow, and it was like a half a mile in the wrong direction. This was like 2 months after- so now I am a legend, but I would never admit how scared of the dark I became

 

no, i'm in mississippi. we are expected to get snow tonight but it's usually warmer this time of year

 

that's terrible! i can't imagine getting lost. i bet you were scared. last september i went up to tennessee with 3 friends to camp and go rafting on the ocoee river. we got some weed from a raft guide and after rafting, we smoked half a blunt and stumbled to mcdonald's, where i was so hungry from the rafting and the weed that i ordered 50 CHICKEN MCNUGGETS! totally not my brightest moment but when you are high and got the munchies and see a sign advertising 50 nuggets for 10 bucks, you go for it. it seemed like such a good idea.
then we go back to the tent as night is falling. we zip up the flaps and smoke it out, finishing off the blunt. i tried to go to sleep but i started hearing things and got very convinced that aliens were in the woods. i went and slept in my friend's car and stayed there till morning.
