Yopo seeds. My experience went a little something like this. I ordered ten seeds from IAS (cebil actually, but the experience is supposed to be identical) A friend and I split seven seeds, I think I might have taken a little more than him, cant remember. after roasting them on a frying pan and grinding the insidy bits with baking soda, we proceeeded to my room. We each took two lines, up each nostril. the powder immediately hit the back of my throat and triggered my gag reflex, but I managed to keep it down. We both just sort of sat there thinking 'what have we done!?' the burn is about what youd expect from snorting a large quantity of seed powder, horrible. After three minutes or so, we blow our noses, and the sight of all that yellowy gritty snot about makes me throw up right there. we had decided before hand to wander down to the creek by my house and wait for the come up. the experience starts in about ten minutes, with a light feeling in the head, and a sort of tension in the spine and neck. I would describe it as quite similar to a tension headache, like youd get from driving up to the mountains, but more in your face (figuratively and literally). by the time wed gotten to oyur spot in the weeds, it was in full force. My vision had gone all orange, and my chest felt like it was being pulled in every direction. the visuals are minimal, but can be described as needle-y. the head space is empty, I mean no psychedelic thoughts whatsoever. Quite frustrating when you're trying to avoid thinking about how your head feels. At some point my friend started to throw up, and I just laughed at him. In a matter of seconds, I cleared my nostrils, and I let loose as well. I have a habit of laughing at my self as I vomit and this time was no exception. There's no way to explain what it was like, but lets just say there was A LOT of it. It just kept coming, to my chagrin, and it didnt look especially healthy. after that, I was so exhausted I could jsut keep sitting and wait for it to be over. within a half an hour from taking it, the whole thing was over, with the only remainder being the chalky feeling in my nasal passages, and the feeling of just having purged a months worth of sick. Unpleasant to say the least. I would not reccomend taking this particular plant to anyone with out a shamans direct guidance. Its not just that its a difficult psychedelic, but rather that there was NO psychedelia to speak of. maybe its something you need to know how to use, but until I figure it out, I will refrain.
