Over the weekend, I had a dream that I was lying with my significant other in his bed -- which I was. We were bodiless. We were lightness, souls, auras, formless, and just embracing each other. Suddenly, the formless soul of his deceased mother appeared, standing before us. She wanted to make sure that I was good enough for him and that I would would be sweet to him. We weren't speaking English. We weren't even speaking any language, but I knew what she was saying to me. I said things to make her laugh. She had the most beautiful laugh and a great sense of humor. Even though we were bodiless, she had the most beautiful smile. When I woke up (I was in the same exact place where the dream was located), I went to my lover's desk and looked at the picture of his mother. She had the same exact smile.
you've seen a part of what is real. our bodies make it possible for us to do things in this universe, but are sort of like something for us to wear while we're here so we can. i will of course be more certain of this, one way or the other, in another twenty or thirty years or so, whenever it is, that i'm no longer able to tell anyone in this world about it.
