LSD while parents are home.

Alright, I'm thinking about dropping acid tonight when my parents are home. It's only going to be one hit, and late at night. I'll be doing it in my room with the door locked. My plan is to say ''goodnight, I'm going to bed'', so they won't enter my room. And since it's a Saturday night, I have no school the next day. Would this be safe? Is there any way I can prevent myself from getting up and walking around the house?

 

I used to do it, but then again I'm not always such a good role model lol.

 

If it's just one hit you'll be able to control yourself enough to not leave your room.

My advice is to put some food/drinks in your room beforehand tho

if you are 15 years old and, i'm assuming have no experience with LSD, you should probably NOT do what you are planning on doing.

 

pretty much the last thing you want on an acid trip is being locked in a room with your parents nearby. pretty terrible setting for a freaking LSD trip. it's a lot more intense than pot man.

 

add being alone to that equation and your in the backseat of the car with your parents driving you to the medical center for some thorezine

 

People take this shit too seriously. You're not gonna try and fly out of your window, nor start screaming profanities while attempting to scratch out your own eyes. People seem to miss the fact that there's 1000s of people, even still, doing acid every day, ill-informed or not. Rarely if ever is there "that kid" that we all seem to refer to when we warn people the potential dangers. Maybe we should stop making acid sound so threatening so that people can be a bit more relaxed before they go into it versus nervous and even more so insecure (can't you see how that by implication is counter-productive?). The first time I took four hits of acid, I had no knowledge of ego's, bad trips, just the knowledge that I was going to hallucinate and that I should have a relaxed set and setting. Not one bad thing about that trip that I can recall, I was 16 years old as well.

 

Sounds like a terrible idea to me, especially for a 15 year old.

i dont mean to infer that there is anything bad about dosing. i just mean that, especially for a first experience, there is an infinate amount of ways i'd rather do it

 

ya i'd do it another time when you're completely free to do whatever. i think being in a room would hinder the wow a lot

Either way, it would prolly be more fun to do the acid a place where you can freely wander around. I do think you'd be fine and not freak out tho. Don't forget that you shouldn't say "goodnight i'm going to bed" unless you normally already do that.

 

I don't know, I can see your guys concern but age doesn't always necessarily say everything about a persons intelligence, maturity and attitude. But I suppose if he has previously dosed it would help his position to know how he normally reacts under the influence.

Given the OP's circumstance, he just wants to know if the drug is going to make him do something he otherwise wouldn't, because he doesn't want to be caught. We can't really tell him that, he needs to know himself. Even if he doesn't freak out, there runs the potential that he runs into some laughing fits lol.

Yeah, being in your room for a trip is rather restrictive but is an option if you have nothing else. I'd assume that's why he even wants to trip there. If I were alone in my room and tripping, I'd look towards a head set, a gnarly playlist, meditation, and an art book to keep myself occupied for the night so it's not just me, my what-if thoughts, and a head full of lysergic acid.

On second thought though, if it was my first trip ever, I don't know, seems like a different story. It seems only reasonable to make sure of a non restrictive setting to familiarize oneself with the drug.

 

I used to do acid at my parent's house every weekend in high school (doses ranging from 3-8 hits usually).
They were literally sleeping in the next room, and I never had any issues with them finding out.
Only one hit? The fuck man? Sounds like a waste, but whatever makes ya happy.
And my parent's were in no way, shape, or form cool with any sort of drug use...ever.

you will be fine on 1 hit, its not like your gonna flip out and go talk to your mom or something without knowing

 

Hell I've done DPT 2 times and K holed once at night while my parents were sleeping in the room next to me and it all went good. Only downer is you might be a bit tired the next day if you do it at night since it will prevent you sleeping for a bit.

 

I can wander around, my room is in the basement and my basement is HUGE and divided into three sections. And yes, I do say ''goodnight, I'm going to bed'' about every night so I can smoke weed.

 

Idk, my firt time I just had one tab, but it was really good so I tripped balls for 10 hours.

But then last week I took 4 tabs just to get a decent buzz.
