I don't know if this will go over here, but it does quite well in an infamous thread. Here the idea is to educate, entertain, and inspire, maybe enlighten.

Just bump this if you have meditated. You can briefly say something about it if you want. Any insight you had, perceived problems, successes, process. Nothing or anything you want.

I'll just bump my own thread once. If no one else uses it, I will enjoy watching it fade away.

Bump, when I leave thoughts to return to my breathing I expose how inconsequential my "inner dialog" is.

Bump. Meditation, hmm. I definitely have had some beautiful experiences from time to time. The usual perceived tingly sensations rushing through different parts of my bodies during some of my better ones, or when I'm very relaxed. Made me a believer in the chakra stuff. Sometimes though I can't even get my head to stop, or focus on the breath. Or I'll try counting my breath and then my thoughts start thinking behind the numbers. Like two chains of thought at once. Or I'll keep saying what I need to do in my head. Lol. I don't know why it's such a pain in the ass to calm my mind down sometimes, but yeah. When I can I reach some pretty blissful states that some times extend beyond the actual session. I recommend meditation to anybody, if you got any tips, shoot.

Bump. I used to meditate loads but i went through a phase of not doing it for a while. I started again recently (new years time-ish) though but i can't seem to concentrate as well as i used to be able too.

Whenever I meditate for a long amount of time, I usually burst out laughing for several minutes.

Not a humorous laugh, just laughing uncontrollably.
