People's Parents are Idiots

Listen to your parents...when you move into a big boy house you can make rules. When you stop mooching off your parents like a tapeworm....you can make your rules and smoke.

Be adult (if you can)and quit complaining about mommy and daddy not letting you do smoke a mind altering substance under their roof.

i cant smoke anymore cause my parents found out, and now they randomly drug test me. "their house their rules" is the card they played, and its hard to beat.

It sux, but if i continue to smoke theyll send me to counseling. And if I insist on not "cooperating" theyll eventually kick me out.

*btw ive never really had any behavioral problems and graduated top 15 of my class {and was smoking pot}. so there you go worried moms and dads, youre kids CAN be responsible and smoke once in a while*

 

No, parents kids are idiots. Seriously, all the busted forum is is just thread after thread of kids bitching about their parents taking their weed and grounding them. Id imagine its easy to not get caught with a bit of thought...doesnt seem like people are capable of common sense though

 

My parents always said they would call the cops if they ever found any thing. So I just waited to bring anything home tell I moved out and got my own place.

 

One time when my dad found my bong, pipe, sploof, and some stems... he asked me to put them in a bag and hand them over for the next time he sees any paraphernalia... "i will go to the police myself"

ended up i got to keep everything and he doesnt say a word about it IF i dont smoke inside the house

i doebt he would go to the cops

 

All your parents are fucked.

 

Would hate to have parents like that, mine just say not out in the open for everyone to see.

 

I've got kids and I let them smoke- they are teenagers and its a normal, healthy part of growing up.

Its useless attempts at controlling actions they will partake in anyway that is unatural

Much more sane just to teach them to be responsible rather than an outright "no this is wrong" attitude...thats why I love my parents Were more like friends than anything...my dad is my main drinking/smoking buddy

Anyway, yeah alot of parents are too extreme over weed. They should be worried about other drugs. ones that you can actually OD on, or ones that actually harm you.

When i have kids, heres what i will tell them. You can smoke weed, just dont be inresponislbe with it. And if your gonna do it, do it in the house so you dont get caught. And if you do any other drugs i will kick your ass.


If i found out they're smoking weed, i would be glad there not getting into pills, or becoming alcoholics.

I would have to agree that you should always follow the rules of the household... But if the parents are being stupid and calling the cops or taking any of those other silly actions just because they found out their kid smoked, then that's pretty stupid! I know some parents like that, and they just have the mentality that they're right and everyone else is wrong on the subject, so I wouldn't even try to go there with them if I was their kids. Oh well, people will be people...
