I got suspended from school today for being high at school. I didn't admit to it but they said they could smell it on me and they knew I was high. So does anyone know if they will do anything to me when I get back? I have to have a confrence with my mom and the dean.
They smelled it on you? Did you come to school high or did you come to school, left to get high, and then came back? I guess it doesn't matter, they can do whatever they want. Just apologize and you'll get off with a warning.
I'm assuming you mean high school? Do you live in the states? If this is a public high school then there isn't much you can do but YOU SHOULD NOT ADMIT ANYTHING. They have no proof and unless you participate in sports, etc they cannot drug test you. Take your "vacation" as I liked to call suspensions and go back doing your thing. Graduate and get the fuck out. If this is a private school then you could be fucked as they can do whatever they want.

i remember passing this note around that said I have a joint in my locker.. so this asshole teacher intercepted the note, took me to the office and I said sure I got a joint in my locker.. open the locker they said and I said no you can cut the lock off if you want it so badly and they did, only to find a plumbers joint I made in shop class where the locker was right next to.. Buy me a new lock now asshole!!! they did..
In Colorado if you go to public high school they randomly search your lockers and cars with dogs. They just walk through the whole place and see if the dog indicates. They can't do it to the kids, but anything they bring onto "school property" can be searched. When I was in high school you hid you shit in your car, and they couldn't do anything, times have really changed
a few days ago about 6 of my friends got suspended because the cops took some kids phone and read through the texts and found them all talking about weed. then they searched their lockers and i think 4 of them had stuff on them so they all got expelled. i definitely dont think thats right. but, i dont know if its like the law or anything.
Alot of fucking teachers get big headed cause they are in a place of small authority. But some teachers a pretty cool. School nowadays is alot of bullshit but we all gotta do it.
at the school i went to, our history/economics teacher was cool as fuck. he seemed like an asshole on the outside but that was because he didnt take no shit. he knew plenty of kids smoked weed, including me and even told stories about he used to do it. he told us he didnt care if we were high, just as long as we kept our grades up. if our grades slipped, he wouldnt turn us in though. i remember one time i had the munchies real bad and i kept taking some fruit loops he had on his desk (he put out snacks on his desk for the students if they wanted if we were watching a movie that day). he gave me a look like he was pissed trying to scare me and then just started laughing. he was also cool about smokin cigs on field trips. he just said to go off somewhere and make sure no other teachers saw. however, i gotta say the most risky shit i did at school was on the last day. we were having a big picnic with games and food and shit, and most if not all the teachers were distracted. a couple kids were palying guitar hero in the art teachers class and she had the door open that lead to the outside (alot of the classrooms had a door that led to the outside, which some teachers used to their advantage to teach lessons outside if the weather was nice). i decide "fuck it", and tell this one dude who i got acid off of once to chill by the door because im gonna go smoke. hes like "yo your fuckin crazy dude haha" i stood outside the door and sparked up. i blew the smoke under my shirt. i had a low tolerance (i still do, but it was even lower back then) so it only took me a few good deep hits to be feelin nice. i came back in and just grooved to kids playin guitar hero. haha.
yeah... man that just aint right.. ive never heard of getting sent home just for smelling like weed.. thats downright rediculous and i would be pissed if it ever happened to me.. i used to go into school every day reakin.. but it was no thing, almost all my teachers liked me and knew i was a toker, either way you shouldnt be getting suspended for something they dont even have proof of.. lol my bf and i met in highschool and most the teachers there had smoked weed before im sure, they knew most of us where high a lot.. my bf actually sold weed to his english teacher once.. hilarious anyway, id be real offended if i where you... afterall you didnt do anything wrong.
.. it alll depends on what school you go to tho, and what state and area you live in.. i went to school in wilmington, de.. but like i said it depend on the particular school and place as far as leniancy... but leniancy out of the picture you have the right to smell however the fuck you want and what they did was wrong
In high school we usually had a day's notice of when the cops would come through with the dogs. Once though, I got called out of class during a lockdown and had to go out to my Jeep. The cop was being a real hardass and told me how his dog stopped at my passenger door handle. I didn't even have any in the vehicle at the time, so I unlocked it and let him through. He completely dug through everything, but didn't find anything. Turns out there was some residue from when I picked up some friends that morning on the way to school. Got off scot free, except for the dismantled interior of my Jeep.
don't admit to it at the meeting either. ask em for proof, they can't give any! for all they know, you were walking by some "bad kids"
