go to the doctor and complain of severe panic disorder...of course do some research before going!

if you don't get what you want, keep going back until he gives in. eventually he'll get annoyed and you'll get what you want.

just like everything, persistence is the key!

lots of times theres a good chance they'll prescribe an SSRI along with it. say you get 'panic attacks' or youll get extremely anxious before a certain thing, but the rest of the time you'll be fine. because they know how addictive benzos are, so they wouldn't give it to you if you say you have constant anxiety, but if you say you get quick bursts of it they'll be way more inclined to.

anything that ends in "am" (clonazepam, lorazepam, alprazolam, diazepam) is a benzo, EXCEPT citalopram which is celexa, an SSRI.

Definitely NOT. No doctor in their right mind would give you benzo's for depression, you gotta say you get sharp anxiety attacks that usually last a few hours, whenever you have to go to certain social functions. Say they happen a few times a week but not everyday. They might start you with lorazepam, but keep on going in and saying its not strong enough.

Do you have a drug plan? If you dont and they prescribe you with an SSRI in addition that would could get costly.

meh all the doctors around here prescribe zopiclone for sleep issues(as recrational as ambien, but not worth it because it leaves a DISGUISTNIG aftertaste in your mouth for a day)
