The kind of peanut butter I eat is labeled like this.. Ingredients: Peanuts or I just make my own in a blender.
until you slip and get your own finger in the food processor.... actually, with all the sweeteners added, make sure there is no honey and you are good. I looked on the label of a friend's "natural" Jif (yeah, I HAD to look) and it had molasses. Eta: some sugar uses bone char and therefore is not vegan in strict sense.
def. can be. just read the label. You can make it yourself. I go to a health food store and they have a nut butter machine. You buy peanuts or almonds and put them through a machine. fresh pb right there! There are vegan ones at the grocery store though if you are looking for convenience
most are , but I d be careful with the commercial pb alot of them have corn syrup which aint animal product but still isnt too great
Adams is safe! but those peanut butter machines in the grocery stores are really gnarely! peace Delfynasa
Peanut and other nut grinding machines are fine. Just ask a manager what the cleaning protocol is. I prefer to reuse my containers (Tare weight marked) so machines rule for me.
